I am sweating for Fred to help restore sight
I'm taking part in the epic Search 4 Hurt qualification challenge this November.
To qualify I need to run a 5km race as fast as possible, do 100 timed burpees and pass the The Hyrox Personal Fitness Test, but more importantly, I aim to raise as much money for The Fred Hollows Foundation, to help restore sight to needlessly blind people.
The more I raise to help needlessly blind people, the bigger my chance to qualify for the Search 4 Hurt Camp TV show next year.
